How much does an AI chatbot for your store cost?
Look beyond the monthly price. Setup work, knowledge review, usage limits and your team’s time matter too. The calculator below makes your assumptions visible; it is not a measured customer result.
One subscription, with clear usage limits
The pricing page lists Starter, Business and Professional. Starter is €39, Business €89 and Professional €179 per month excluding VAT. Enterprise is arranged on request. There are no separate setup or installation packages in the pricing overview. Existing agreements remain valid. Only Chatbino’s owner installs the software; self-hosting is not offered.
A conversation is not the same as an answer
Subscriptions count conversations: up to 30 minutes and 20 AI answers per conversation. Older agreements may count AI answers instead. Do not compare those allowances one for one. Check the term, what happens at the limit and the support included.
Account for work after installation
Chatbino provides technical hosting. You still need time to review content and support your visitors. Include those hours in your calculation. Exceeding your allowance does not create an automatic extra bill; answers pause at the limit.
When is a trial worthwhile?
First measure how many recurring questions you receive and how many minutes they take to handle. During a trial, verify which questions are actually resolved without extra correction. Compare the same question category and time period. Then assess whether the chosen plan is useful.

Frequently asked questions
Do prices include VAT?
The main price excludes VAT. The pricing page also shows the amount including 21% Dutch VAT underneath. Stripe calculates the final VAT using your billing details.
Does freed-up time mean money saved?
No. The calculator values time using an hourly rate you choose. This is not additional revenue or a lower invoice. Your team may use that time for other tasks.
