Subscriptions and installation

Who provides the service

Chatbino is a service provided by RiskGuard Consultancy. Dutch Chamber of Commerce number: 91043654. For questions about your order, contact us at accounts@chatbino.com.

What you purchase

Chatbino provides centrally hosted AI chatbots. You manage your business information, test answers and approve a version. Only Chatbino’s owner installs and publishes the software on the agreed, verified website. You do not receive a licence for self-hosting or installation code.

Price and usage

Your monthly subscription determines the number of active chatbots, websites and conversations. The pricing page shows current prices excluding and including 21% Dutch VAT. Stripe calculates the final total before payment. There are no separate setup or installation packages. We coordinate technical placement after content approval and confirmed subscription payment. Timing, access and any unusual work are discussed beforehand. There are no automatic usage overage charges.

Payment and cancellation

The monthly subscription starts after payment is confirmed. Manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation in the Stripe customer portal from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access remains valid until the end of the paid period. The widget may pause if payment rights expire or are insufficiently confirmed. Existing agreements are not automatically moved to new prices.

Answer quality and changes

AI can make mistakes. Keep sources current and review test answers. Insufficient source information should lead to clarification or referral. Automatic source checks do not publish changed policies without your review. Chatbino does not promise error-free answers, automatic revenue or access to personal orders without suitable verification.

Consumers and the withdrawal period

Statutory consumer rights remain applicable. Online services generally have a withdrawal period of 14 days after the agreement is concluded. This page does not ask you to waive those rights. For a withdrawal request, contact accounts@chatbino.com and include your account email and order. The complete consumer ordering process, including confirmation and withdrawal functionality, remains to be completed.
