Every plan includes answer testing and approval, hosting and technical installation by Chatbino. We agree the website, access and schedule beforehand. You do not receive installation code or a software package.
Conversation simulations test your chatbot with realistic customer conversations and highlight answers that need attention. Technical safety limits still apply to Professional.

Clear usage limits
A conversation lasts up to 30 minutes and includes up to 20 AI answers. Your chatbots share the allowance. At the limit, no new AI conversations start; there are no automatic overage charges.
You stay in control
You can update your knowledge and answers. Each changed version is tested and approved again before Chatbino publishes it. Cancel through your account at the end of the paid period.
VAT-inclusive amounts use the Dutch 21% VAT rate. Stripe shows the final total before payment based on your billing details. Existing agreements and paid entitlements remain valid. Terms · Privacy
